TIJDELIJKE PLANNER OPTIE VAST.

Het gaat om een tijdelijke opdracht tot idealiter februari, met de mogelijkheid om de samenwerking te verlengen en eventueel over te gaan naar een vast contract.

Wat zal je doen als TIJDELIJKE PLANNER OPTIE VAST:

Je speelt een centrale rol binnen de dagelijkse werking. Je zorgt ervoor dat afspraken, werkzaamheden en administratieve taken efficiënt worden ingepland en correct worden opgevolgd. Daarbij sta je voortdurend in contact met klanten, collega’s en andere betrokken partijen.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Opstellen, beheren en aanpassen van de dagelijkse en wekelijkse planning
  • Inplannen van afspraken en werkzaamheden
  • Telefonisch en per e-mail communiceren met klanten en collega’s
  • Beantwoorden van vragen en verstrekken van correcte informatie
  • Administratief verwerken en opvolgen van dossiers
  • Registreren en actualiseren van gegevens in de interne systemen
  • Bewaken van gemaakte afspraken en deadlines
  • Snel inspelen op wijzigingen of onverwachte situaties in de planning
  • Ondersteunen van de customer service en andere administratieve afdelingen
  • Zorgen voor een duidelijke informatieoverdracht tussen de verschillende betrokken partijen
  • Werken met Microsoft Office en de interne bedrijfsprogramma’s

Telefoneren en e-mailen vormen een belangrijk onderdeel van deze functie. Het is daarom essentieel dat je steeds professioneel, beleefd en klantgericht communiceert.

REF:MEC

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelordiploma
  • Je spreekt perfect Nederlands en Engels
  • Je hebt een stabiele achtergrond binnen administratie, customer service, planning of organisatie
  • Gemotiveerde schoolverlaters komen in aanmerking, op voorwaarde dat zij over een relevante studieachtergrond beschikken
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office, waaronder Outlook, Word en Excel
  • Je bent sterk in telefonische en schriftelijke communicatie
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot en professioneel Nederlands
  • Je bent communicatief, beleefd en klantgericht
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig
  • Je kan goed prioriteiten bepalen en blijft rustig wanneer de planning onverwacht verandert
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je bent leergierig en maakt nieuwe programma’s en werkmethodes snel eigen
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor een tijdelijke opdracht tot idealiter februari
