The posting

Voor een metaalverwerkend bedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren MIG/MAG-lasser die graag nauwkeurig en zelfstandig werkt. Je komt terecht in een voorbereidende productieafdeling waar je instaat voor het vervaardigen van metalen onderdelen die later worden verwerkt tot complete luikenwagens.

In deze functie ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het samenstellen en lassen van halffabricaten in staal en RVS.
  • Het uitvoeren van MIG/MAG-laswerken volgens de technische tekeningen en werkvoorschriften.
  • Het correct interpreteren van plannen en deze vertalen naar een nauwkeurige uitvoering.
  • Het rollen en polijsten van RVS-componenten met aandacht voor een nette eindafwerking.
  • Het zelfstandig organiseren en uitvoeren van je werkzaamheden volgens de productieplanning.
  • Het controleren van je eigen laswerk op kwaliteit, afmetingen en afwerking.
  • Het naleven van de geldende veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften.
  • Het onderhouden van een ordelijke en veilige werkplek.
  • Het afstemmen met collega's van de montage- en afbouwafdeling om een vlotte productieflow te garanderen.
  • Je hebt relevante werkervaring als lasser.
  • Je beschikt over een goede praktische kennis van MIG/MAG-lassen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het lassen van zowel staal als RVS.
  • Technische tekeningen en plannen lezen vormt voor jou geen probleem.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je taken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Kwaliteit en een verzorgde afwerking zijn voor jou belangrijk.
  • Je kan efficiënt werken binnen een productieomgeving waar de planning kan variëren.
  • Ervaring met het slijpen, polijsten of verder afwerken van RVS is een extra troef.
