Als Timmerman Kleinbouw werk je aan diverse projecten, zoals kantoren, zorginstellingen en renovaties van woningcorporatie woningen in bewoonde en onbewoonde staat. Je bent multi-inzetbaar en hebt een belangrijke rol in het verbeteren van uiteenlopende panden. Je constateert vroegtijdig knelpunten en koppelt dit terug naar de projectbegeleider. Je bestelt de juiste materialen (hout/ijzerwaren) en voert de werkzaamheden zelfstandig uit. Omdat je vaak werkt in omgevingen die gewoon in bedrijf zijn, zoals kantoren, zorginstellingen en bewoonde woningen, ben je communicatief sterk en kun je goed omgaan met bewoners en gebruikers van de panden. Met jouw zelfstandigheid, oplossingsgerichte instelling en goede communicatie maak je elk project tot een succes.
