Vous êtes un expert en tissage et passionné par la production textile ? Vous avez une solide expérience dans le secteur des tapis ?

Nous recherchons un opérateur textile expérimenté en 2 équipes !

Vos missions :

  • Gérer et surveiller plusieurs machines textiles, en mettant l’accent sur la qualité.
  • Participer à la production de tapis haut de gamme, avec une attention particulière aux détails.
  • Contribuer activement à l’amélioration des processus de production et au contrôle qualité.
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe pour garantir des produits répondant aux exigences de nos clients.

Profil recherché(e) :

  • Expérience : Vous avez une très bonne connaissance du tissage et une expérience significative dans le secteur textile, en particulier dans les tapis. Une expérience en tissage baguette est un atout majeur !
  • Orientation qualité : Vous travaillez avec précision et avez le souci du détail.
  • Compétences techniques : Vous avez un bon niveau de raisonnement et comprenez parfaitement le fonctionnement des machines et des processus de production.
  • Flexibilité et polyvalence : Vous êtes capable de gérer plusieurs machines et êtes ouvert(e) à l’apprentissage de nouvelles techniques.
  • Esprit d’apprentissage : Vous êtes motivé(e) pour développer vos compétences dans un environnement spécialisé.
  • Compétences linguistiques : Vous communiquez couramment en français ou en néerlandais.
