Steenwijkerland, Overijssel Toezichthouder Bouw en Woningtoezicht / Omgevingswet Functie omschrijving Functie Toezichthouder Bouw - Woningtoezicht Jij ziet erop toe dat omgevingsvergunningen en bouwactiviteiten conform afspraken en wet- en regelgeving worden uitgevoerd. Je bent regelmatig op locatie, handelt meldingen en klachten af en bewaakt behoud en kwaliteit bij monumenten en beschermde gezichten. Dit ga je doen Belangrijkste werkzaamheden - Toezicht op bouwwerkzaamheden. - Toezicht op werkzaamheden aan monumenten. - Uitvoeren van legalisatieonderzoeken en adviseren over aanpassing, legalisering of handhaving. - Behandelen van klachten en meldingen op een adequate en zorgvuldige manier. - Verstrekken van informatie en beantwoorden van vragen van inwoners. - Controleren van bouwen zonder vergunning, strijdig gebruik van bestemmingsplannen en aanverwante wetgeving en hierover schriftelijk rapporteren. - Uitvoeren van controles met betrekking tot (meldingen over) brandveilig gebruik. - Inspecteren van de bestaande bouwvoorraad. - Toezien op handhaving en organiseren van effectuering van bestuursdwang. - Toezichthouden op situaties van woonoverlast en hoarding en hierop actie ondernemen. - Uitvoeren van integrale controles samen met partners zoals veiligheidsregio, politie en omgevingsdienst. Wie ben jij? Profiel - Ervaren toezichthouder bouw die het vak verstaat. - Je kunt jouw kennis en ervaring overbrengen aan een gretige en leergierige starter en fungeren als sparringpartner. - Je bent in staat zowel reguliere werkvoorraad als meer uitdagende dossiers te behandelen. Werkomgeving Je hebt een afwisselende werkdag met zowel werken op locatie als bureauwerk, je begeleidt collega's en overlegt met partners. Het werk is veelzijdig en uitdagend en je werkt samen met collega's in een team.
