Wil je bijdragen aan veilige, kwalitatief goede en rechtmatige bouwprojecten binnen een gemeente? Voor een gemeente in Noord-Brabant zoeken wij een toezichthouder bouw die stevig in zijn schoenen staat, helder communiceert en weet wanneer overleg nodig is én wanneer moet worden doorgepakt. Jouw nieuwe rol Als toezichthouder bouw houd je toezicht op bouw- en sloopactiviteiten binnen jouw werkgebied. Je controleert of werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd volgens de verleende vergunning, de Omgevingswet en het Besluit bouwwerken leefomgeving (Bbl). Daarbij werk je nauw samen met vergunningverleners, handhavingsjuristen en andere vakspecialisten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: • Uitvoeren van integrale controles bij bouw- en sloopprojecten. • Toetsen of werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd volgens de vergunning en geldende wet- en regelgeving. • Signaleren van bouwkundige afwijkingen, onveilige situaties en strijdig gebruik. • Bespreken van constateringen met aannemers, initiatiefnemers en andere betrokkenen. • Uitvoeren van hercontroles en bewaken van de gemaakte afspraken. • Opstellen van heldere controlerapportages en zorgen voor een zorgvuldige dossieropbouw. • Behandelen en registreren van klachten, meldingen en handhavingsverzoeken. • Initiëren van handhavingsacties en, wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt, in overleg stilleggen van werkzaamheden. Wij zoeken • Je hebt minimaal de opleiding Ambtenaar Bouw- en Woningtoezicht I (ABW 1) afgerond. • Je hebt ervaring met het uitvoeren en registreren van controles en het opstellen van controlerapportages. • Je hebt kennis van relevante bouwregelgeving, waaronder de Omgevingswet en het Bbl. • Je bent ...
