Onze klant bestaat sinds 1983. Door hun jarenlange ervaring hebben ze een uitgebreide kennis over alles wat met vloeren en raamdecoratie te maken heeft. Dit is geen keten die overgenomen wordt door een andere groep maar een authentiek familiebedrijf. De huidige zaakvoerder is de tweede generatie die het bedrijf leidt. Bij hen hoeft goede service niet gelijk te staan aan hoge prijzen. Daarom bieden ze een gratis offerte aan en komen ze vrijblijvend opmetingen doen bij u thuis.

Voor de vacature als toonbankadviseur in een winkel gespecialiseerd in vloeren en raamdecoratie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een breed scala aan taken.

  • Je staat klanten te woord, zowel in de winkel als via telefoon en e-mail
  • Je maakt offertes op en verzorgt de langdurige opvolging hiervan, altijd in overleg met de zaakvoerder
  • Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken en versturen van offertes, en het beheren van stalen
  • Je zorgt voor een nette en goed ingerichte winkel, zet voorraadmaterialen weg en neemt leveringen aan
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's om de planning te bespreken van de permanentie in de showroom
  • Je werkt van maandag tot vrijdag en sporadisch op zaterdag (1 keer om de 2-3 maanden)

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de vacature als toonbankadviseur in een winkel gespecialiseerd in vloeren en raamdecoratie in Mechelen zijn we op zoek naar onderstaand profiel:

  • Je bent klantgericht en communicatief sterk
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van het maken van offertes en bent bereid om langdurige opvolgingen te verzorgen in overleg met de zaakvoerder
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en zorgt ervoor dat de winkel netjes en goed ingericht is
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband en hebt een goede klik met je collega's
  • Je hebt een basiskennis over de producten (vloeren en raamdecoratie) en hebt veel interesse om er meer over te leren
  • Een professionele maar casual houding is gewenst, en je kan je makkelijk aanpassen aan verschillende klanten en situaties
