Wir erweitern unser Team und suchen für den Standort in Althofen 1 Trade Compliance & Logistics Specialist (m/w/d) Als Trade Compliance & Logistics Specialist (m/w/d) sorgst du für einen reibungslosen internationalen Warenverkehr und stellst die Einhaltung aller zoll-, außenwirtschafts- und exportkontrollrechtlichen Vorgaben sicher. Du koordinierst weltweite Transporte, verantwortest internationale Zollprozesse und fungierst als zentrale Ansprechperson für Logistik-, Trade-Compliance- und Exportkontrollthemen.

Das erwartet dich in deiner neuen Rolle:

* Internationale Transport- und Zollprozesse steuern und kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln

* Weltweite Sendungen eigenverantwortlich koordinieren und überwachen

* Exportkontroll-, Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsvorschriften sicher und rechtskonform umsetzen

* Besondere Zollverfahren betreuen und Optimierungspotenziale identifizieren

* Logistik-KPIs analysieren und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen vorantreiben

* Als zentrale Ansprechperson für Behörden, Audits und Trade-Compliance-Themen agieren

* Mitarbeitende zu Zoll-, Exportkontroll- und Compliance-Themen schulen und beraten

* Reports, Meldungen und Auswertungen für interne und externe Stakeholder erstellen

Diese Fähigkeiten wären großartig:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (HTL, HAK oder HBLA)

* Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Bewusstsein für die Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Vorgaben

* Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zoll, Außenhandel oder Trade Compliance, idealerweise ergänzt durch einschlägige Qualifikationen oder Zertifizierungen (z. B. Zollfachkraft P36)

* Erfahrung in der internationalen Transport- und Versandabwicklung, bevorzugt im Bereich Luft- und Seefracht

* Kenntnisse im Gefahrgutmanagement sowie entsprechende Zertifizierungen, insbesondere für Luftfrachtsendungen, von Vorteil

* Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Spediteuren, Lieferanten, Kunden, Behörden sowie internen Ansprechpartner:innen

* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
