Als Trainee bij Waal verken je actief verschillende afdelingen binnen het bedrijf, zoals de ontwikkeling, engineering, werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering. Hierbij doorgrond je het volledige bouwproces en leer je diverse functies kennen. Je ontwikkelt een diepgaand inzicht in de onderlinge verbanden tussen verschillende taken en afdelingen. Dit helpt je bij het vinden van de functie die het beste bij jou past. Tijdens deze periode voer je verschillende taken uit en ontwikkel je de vaardigheden om dit succesvol te doen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het controleren en afstemmen van tekenwerk van leveranciers, het aanvragen en verwerken van offertes en het voorbereiden van inkoop van diverse onderdelen.
