WAS DICH ERWARTET

Phase 1 - Trainee Buying: Du startest Dein Traineeprogramm mit einem umfassenden Einblick in unsere Einkaufsprozesse. Von Buying über Fashion Controlling bis hin zur Saisonplanung - Du lernst, wie wir Trends identifizieren, das Sortiment gestalten und den Verkauf optimal steuern. Dabei bekommst Du auch einen direkten Einblick in unsere Stores und erlebst hautnah, was unsere Kunden bewegt.

Phase 2 - Fashion Controller: Jetzt übernimmst Du Verantwortung! Du analysierst Verkaufszahlen, optimierst das Sortiment und planst den Einkauf strategisch. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten, dem Buying-Team und anderen Fachbereichen entwickelst Du Maßnahmen zur Umsatzsteigerung und kümmerst Dich um das Reporting.

Phase 3 - Dein nächster Karriere-Step: Ob als Senior Fashion Controller, mit Fokus auf Warenbewirtschaftung oder als Junior Buyer, mit Verantwortung für Sortimentsplanung, Markenentscheidungen und Trendselektion - Du gestaltest aktiv die Modewelt von morgen.

WAS DU MITBRINGST

Dein Bildungsweg: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaft, sowie erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Einkauf durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten.

Deine Stärken: Du bist ein echtes Organisationstalent mit starken analytischen Fähigkeiten und einer Vorliebe für Zahlen.

Deine Persönlichkeit: Du bist aufgeschlossen und kommunikativ, bringst hohe Motivation und Eigeninitiative mit.

Dein Interesse: Du arbeitest gern im Team und weißt, wie Du deine Crew motivierst. Außerdem hast Du Spaß daran, Verkaufszahlen zu analysieren und daraus gezielte Maßnahmen abzuleiten.

Deine Fashion Liebe: Mit Deinem Gespür für Mode und Trends setzt Du moderne Impulse und trägst zum Erfolg Deiner Abteilung bei.

Dein Gehalt: Wir bieten Dir für die Position als Trainee Buying (m/w/d) ein überkollektivvertragliches Bruttomonatsgehalt ab 3.200 EUR (für 40h / Woche; gem. dem Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte in Information und Consulting); eine Überbezahlung ist je nach konkreter Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich.
