Tijdens dit traineeship duik je in de verschillende schakels van onze logistieke organisatie. Dankzij een brede kennismaking met onze activiteiten krijg je een sterk inzicht in de volledige supply chain en ontdek je waar jouw talenten het meeste impact maken.

Je bouwt hands-on ervaring op binnen diverse domeinen, waaronder:

  • Supply chain, Inbound- en outboundlogistiek
  • Business Intelligence en reporting
  • Customer Care en klantgerichte dienstverlening
  • Warehouse operations en orderpicking
  • Douaneformaliteiten en internationale logistieke stromen
  • Projectmanagement en continuous improvement

Vanaf dag één draai je actief mee in de business en werk je mee aan optimalisatie- en verbeterprojecten. gaandeweg ontwikkel je nieuwe skills en neem je steeds meer ownership op.

Er wordt gekeken naar jouw talenten, interesses en ambities, zodat je een carrièrepad kunt uitbouwen waarin je het verschil maakt: richting expert OF richting management. En dat zowel in Begië als Internationaal.
