* Du bist neugierig und hast Lust dich in der Arbeitswelt auszuprobieren

* Du hast Freude am Lernen in der Praxis, liebst die Abwechslung und die Geschwindigkeit in der Logistik

* Arbeiten mit Menschen und eigenverantwortliches Handeln spornen dich an

* Du lernst ein Jahr lang die spannende Transport- & Logistikwelt kennen

* Du arbeitest von Anfang an mit und bist verantwortlich für die dir übertragenen Aufgaben

* Du lernst, worauf es bei Transporten mit verschiedenen Verkehrsträgern, Lager- und sonstigen speditionellen Dienstleistungen ankommt

* Das Team zeigt dir, wie du dich im Transportdschungel zurechtfindest und bestmögliche Lösungen für unsere Kunden entwickelst

* Du kommunizierst über verschiedene Kanäle mit Menschen aus aller Welt

Von Anfang an begleiten wir dich im Rahmen eines professionellen Onboarding und Mentorings und lassen dich auch später nie allein. Wir unterstützen dich dabei das notwendige Wissen in Transport und Logistik aufzubauen und praktische Erfahrung zu sammeln. Es erwarten dich spannende eLearnings, Schulungen und Workshops, denn Lernen hat bei uns einen hohen Stellenwert und hört nie auf. Deine Jobspezialisierung erfolgt im Anschluss an das Traineejahr. Für diese Einstiegsposition bieten wir ein attraktives Ausbildungsgehalt abhängig von Erfahrung und Qualifikation (Bruttojahresgehalt mind. € 32.935,-).

Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Bewerbung! Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Traineeprogramm für Maturant_innen beträgt 32.935,00 EUR brutto pro Jahr auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
