Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

* 18-monatiges Training on the Job im technischen Controlling mit abwechslungsreichen Aufgabenstellungen rund um Herstellkosten, Kalkulation und Verkaufspreisbildung

* Aktive Mitwirkung bei der wirtschaftlichen Begleitung spannender Entwicklungsprojekte - von der ersten Zielkostenbetrachtung bis zum Serienstart

* Vertiefendes Kennenlernen der industriellen Kostenrechnung entlang des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus - von Entwicklungsprojekten über laufende Serien bis hin zu Ersatzteilen

* Analyse von Herstellkosten und Identifikation konkreter Optimierungspotenziale gemeinsam mit Entwicklung, Einkauf, Produktion und Vertrieb

* Mitarbeit bei Vor- und Angebotskalkulationen, Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen sowie der Bildung von Serien- und Ersatzteilpreisen

* Aufbereitung und Präsentation aussagekräftiger Analysen, Kalkulationsergebnisse und Management-Reports

Das bringen Sie mit

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium

* Ausgeprägtes Interesse an technischen Produkten und betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen

* Erste Kenntnisse in Controlling, Kostenrechnung oder Kalkulation, beispielsweise aus Studium, Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten

* Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis sowie eine strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise

* Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit ERP-Systemen

* Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
