Je hebt duurzaamheid hoog in het vaandel, affiniteit met (woning)bouwkunde, MBO werk- en denkniveau , goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden, je bent zelfstandig en proactief. Rijbewijs B is een vereiste.

Bij dit traineeship leiden wij je op tot Energie Prestatie Adviseur Woningen (ook wel bekend als EP-W). Wil jij je omscholen? Zoek je een baan met afwisseling en wil je werken in de technische/duurzame branche? Dit is dan misschien wel wat voor jou!

Als Energie Prestatie Adviseur ga je je bezig houden met het (zelfstandig) voorbereiden, uitvoeren en verwerken van inspecties van woningen. Deze inspectie bestaat uit diverse onderdelen zoals gebouwschil, installatie(s), oppervlaktes, isolatie etc. Als alles is opgenomen ga je op kantoor (of thuis) alle gegevens verwerken in speciale software en na diverse controles druk je uiteindelijk op de knop voor het nieuwe energielabel.

Om dit werk te mogen doen, moet je beschikken over een EP-W diploma. Dat diploma krijg je na het succesvol doen van 4 pittige examens. In ons traineeship leiden we je op en regelen wij je examens zodat je zo snel mogelijk het diploma haalt en aan de slag kan. Gemiddeld duurt het traject 5-6 maanden. Wij zoeken bij het behalen van je diploma voor jou de perfecte baan bij een van onze opdrachtgevers in het land (in jouw regio). Je gaat daar dan gedetacheerd aan de slag.
