In ons traineeship voor gemeenten en omgevingsdiensten leer je het vak in de praktijk, met coaching en echte opdrachten die zichtbaar verschil maken. Binnen 12 maanden groei je uit tot een volwaardige young professional in het publieke domein. Met duidelijke begeleiding, een leerlijn op maat en projecten die ertoe doen. Waarom een traineeship bij de gemeente? Gemeenten houden onze leefomgeving draaiend: van wonen en mobiliteit tot duurzaamheid en participatie. Als trainee werk je aan concrete dossiers en zie je direct resultaat in de straat, wijk of regio. Je leert hoe beleid, uitvoering en inwoners samenkomen, en je bouwt een breed netwerk bij overheden. Wat levert het jou op? - Zichtbare impact voor inwoners en ondernemers. - Snel leren door echte verantwoordelijkheid, met vangnet. - Inzicht in de werking van de Omgevingswet en publieke besluitvorming. Over het Exsin Traineeship Het Exsin traineeship duurt 18 - 24 maanden. Je wisselt (afhankelijk van je profiel) één tot twee keer van opdracht binnen gemeenten of omgevingsdiensten. Je volgt een leerlijn met vakmodules (o.a. Bouw, Milieu, Bodem, Flora & Fauna) en skills. Je krijgt een vaste coach en een vakmentor. Opbouw in hoofdlijnen - Start en matching: we koppelen je aan een opdracht die past bij jouw drijfveren. - Inwerken en meedraaien: je pakt snel eigen taken op. - Verdieping: verantwoordelijkheid, mini-projecten, eerste resultaten. - Doorstroom: vervolgopdracht of vaste rol bij een overheidspartner. Je werkt in het hart van de leefomgeving. Denk aan het voorbereiden van besluiten, het toetsen van plannen, het informeren van inwoners en het begeleiden van projecten.
