Jobomschrijving

Wil jij ertoe bijdragen dat we onze digital first-strategie naar klanten en KBC-medewerkers brengen? Dat kan in ons Traineeship Transformation dat start op 1 september 2027.

Vanaf september start je in een intensief traject van 15 maanden waarin je projecten, innovaties en strategische initiatieven van dichtbij leert kennen. Je bouwt een sterk netwerk uit binnen KBC, werkt samen met ervaren collega's en ontdekt hoe digitalisering, data en klantgericht denken samenkomen in de praktijk. Tijdens het traineeship maak je kennis met vier verschillende domeinen die elk een cruciale rol spelen in onze transformatie:

• Beleid: mee nadenken over de toekomst van onze digitale dienstverlening en innovaties die klanten vooruithelpen. • Implementatie: mee bouwen aan nieuwe diensten, functionaliteiten en digitale oplossingen. • Data: inzichten uit data vertalen naar onderbouwde beslissingen en nieuwe opportuniteiten. • Bankkantoor: leren hoe klanten en medewerkers onze digitale oplossingen dagelijks gebruiken.

Zo krijg je een unieke kijk op de volledige keten: van strategie en idee tot implementatie en impact bij de klant.

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma of je behaalt dat voor september 2027 en je hebt maximum twee jaar werkervaring.
  • Actuele thema’s binnen de bank- en verzekeringssector & innovatie boeien je. Denk aan duurzaamheid, AI, ecosystemen, data of beleid.
  • Je communiceert sterk in het Nederlands en Engels. Zo lukt het je om mensen te overtuigen en in beweging te brengen. Complexe materies helder en gestructureerd weergeven, da’s voor jou geen probleem.
  • Je bent ondernemend en geëngageerd. Je grijpt opdrachten met beide handen en je ziet leerkansen. Je collega’s staan klaar om je te helpen. Als je vastzit, aarzel je niet om hen een vraag te stellen.
  • Samenwerken vanop afstand met digitale tools, gedreven voor je doel gaan, processen omdenken, mensen op sleeptouw nemen, … dat zie je helemaal zitten.
