Als trainee - ofwel retail talent - bij Trekpleister behaal je dit doel binnen één jaar. Je start het traineeship op de winkelvloer van een opleidingsfiliaal en wordt begeleid door een ervaren filiaalmanager. Zo leer je in korte tijd ons brede assortiment kennen en ervaar je hoe het is om bij Trekpleister te werken. Al na vier (!))) weken ga je aan de slag in jouw 'eigen' filiaal. Klanten helpen, producten bijbestellen en collega's coachen. Bij Trekpleister manage je niet vanachter je bureau, maar werk je actief mee op de werkvloer. Zo leer je je collega's én klanten het beste kennen. Je doet zo veel werkervaring op, maar de theorie is ook belangrijk. Tijdens het traineeship volg je de opleiding Assistent Drogist, zodat je alle kennis in huis hebt om klanten zo goed mogelijk te adviseren. Ook volg je het traject 'Beginnen met leidinggeven', waarin je je managementtalent ontwikkelt. Een intensief, maar effectief traineeship: na zeven maanden ben je zo goed als klaar om aan de slag te gaan als eerste verkoopmedewerker of filiaalmanager.
