Wil je mensen, bedrijven en organisaties écht zien groeien op het vlak van gedrag en communicatie? Krijg je energie van het trainen van cursisten? Jouw rol als docent

Als trainer voor SBM en Escala (Groep Syntra West) verzorg jij als ervaren facilitator opleidingen voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden uit uiteenlopende sectoren, waaronder profit, publieke sector en social profit. Je geeft zowel open opleidingen als incompanytrajecten, zowel live als online. Je vertrekt vanuit jouw expertise en breidt deze stap na stap uit. We denken daarbij aan:

  • Authentiek, verbindend en geweldloos communiceren
  • Feedback geven en ontvangen
  • Moeilijke gesprekken en conflictmanagement
  • Coachen
  • Dynamisch en productief vergaderen
  • Werkefficiëntie, time- en focusmanagement
  • Eigenaarschap en verantwoordelijkheid in teams
  • Onderhandelen en beïnvloeden
  • Mentoropleiding, train-the-trainer, werkplekleren
  • Presentatietechnieken, storytelling

We zijn uiteraard ook benieuwd andere soft skills of bijkomende expertisedomeinen die je beheerst.

Jouw didactische stijl

  • Je werkt sterk ervaringsgericht: oefeningen, cases en reflectie staan centraal.
  • Je houdt het praktisch en nuchter, met voldoende theoretisch kader maar zonder overload.
  • Je past inhoud, taal en stijl soepel aan, afhankelijk van doelgroep en context: van arbeiders over technici en bedienden tot leidinggevenden, van productieomgeving tot social profit.
  • Je begeleidt groepen op een veilige, uitdagende en interactieve manier.

Jouw rol als teamlid & collega

  • Je staat niet alleen voor de groep, maar denkt ook mee over: verfijning van bestaande programma’s en aanbod afstemming op doelgroep en context kwaliteitsbewaking en didactische aanpak een goede leermix om de leerimpact te verhogen
  • Mee nadenken over en vormgeven van: ons aanbod vandaag: inhoudelijke herwerking/actualisatie ons aanbod morgen: vormgeven van concepten en trajecten om de impact voor individuen en organisaties te versterken het hoe: methodische/didactische innovaties zoals hybride leeroplossingen, inzetten op performance support,…

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in de L&D-wereld zo ook het geven van trainingen voor bedrijven/organisaties.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het ontwerpen van leertrajecten inclusief digitale leermiddelen.
  • Je voelt je thuis in gedrags- en communicatiethema’s.
  • Je kan groepen activeren en een veilige leeromgeving creëren.
  • Je schakelt vlot tussen verschillende doelgroepen (profit & public / social profit; white & blue collars).
  • Je bent bereid je regelmatig te verplaatsen (vnl. W-VL & O-VL).
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega’s en werkt graag samen in team.
  • Je bent vlot in het Nederlands, met goede beheersing van het Engels; Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Bij voorkeur woonachtig te West-Vlaanderen of Oost-Vlaanderen.
