Die Jugend am Werk Bildungs:Raum GmbH ist ein etabliertes soziales Unternehmen und bietet jungen und erwachsenen Menschen die Möglichkeit zur Berufsorientierung, Qualifizierung und Berufsausbildung an. Für das Projekt AusbildungsFit ClearUp für die Zielgruppe junger Menschen von 15 bis 25 Jahre mit mindestens 50% Grad der Behinderung (Schwerpunkt psychische Erkrankungen bzw. kognitive Einschränkungen) suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams ab sofort 1 Trainer:in für die Modulgruppe Kreativarbeit & Medien, 1100 Wien Ihr Aufgabenbereich

* Sie leiten die Modulgruppe Kreativarbeit und Medien an (Malen & Zeichnen, Basteln, Office-Programme, Grafik & Design, Fotografie & Video etc.)

* Sie haben Freude daran, praktische Arbeiten und theoretisches Wissen rund um verschiedene Berufsbilder bzw. Basiskompetenzen zu trainieren und den Selbstwert junger Menschen zu fördern.

* Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Coaching- und Trainingsteam zusammen.

* Sie sind bereit, sich im Bereich digitaler und medialer Grundkompetenzen entsprechend vorhandener Kompetenzmodelle, z. B. "digi.komp" weiterzubilden.

Ihr Profil

* Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise in einem der oben angeführten Bereiche sowie eine Trainer:innen- oder pädagogische Ausbildung.

* Darüber hinaus haben Sie bereits Erfahrung im Training bzw. in der Ausbildung unserer Zielgruppe gesammelt und bringen pädagogisches Interesse an der gezielten Förderung von Jugendlichen sowie eine hohe Gender- und Diversitykompetenz mit.

* Idealerweise verfügen Sie über Fremdsprachenkenntnisse (z.B. Arabisch, Türkisch, Serbisch, etc.) sowie die Ausbilder:innenprüfung.

* Geduld, Frustrationstoleranz und Stressresistenz.
