Trainer Installatie en Bezorging (Witgoed/Bruingoed) Berkel en Rodenrijs € 20,00/per uur - € 22,00/per uur Dienstenrooster Dagwerk Contracttype Tijdelijk met optie vast Introductie Ervaring in bezorging en installatie gecombineerd met een passie voor het begeleiden van collega's? In deze rol til je het team naar een hoger niveau. Je coacht bezorgers en installateurs, traint nieuwe medewerkers en bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor alles wat draait om wit- en bruingoedinstallaties. Wie zoeken we? Je bent technisch sterk, communicatief vaardig en hebt het in je om anderen te coachen. Met jouw klantgerichte houding, rustige aanpak en scherpe blik op kwaliteit weet je zowel collega's als klanten vertrouwen te geven. Dit is wat jij meebrengt: - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met installatie van witgoed & bruingoed - Ervaring met het coachen of trainen van monteurs/installateurs - Fysiek in staat om apparaten te tillen (met hulpmiddelen) - Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels - In bezit van rijbewijs B (C is een pré) - Woonachtig in regio Waddinxveen Wat bieden wij je? Dit kun je verwachten: - Bruto uurloon tussen €20 en €22, afhankelijk van ervaring - Werktijden tussen 08:00 en 20:00 (diensten van 8 uur) - Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen een snelgroeiende organisatie - Ruimte voor eigen initiatief en verbetering - Kans op een contract bij de opdrachtgever Functieomschrijving Bij een snelgroeiende logistieke organisatie in Waddinxveen krijg je de kans om jouw ervaring in bezorging en installatie te combineren met het coachen van collega's. Je begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers, deelt jouw vakmanschap en bent hét aanspreekpunt voor alles rondom de installatie van wit- en bruingoed.
