Wat doe je als Training & Developing Specialist bij CCV?

CCV is volop in beweging. We ontwikkelen ons steeds verder tot een klantgerichte organisatie waarin leren, ontwikkelen en samenwerken centraal staan. Als Training & Developing Specialist speel jij hierin de sleutelrol.

Jij weet precies hoe je mensen enthousiasmeert, nieuwe vaardigheden aanleert en ontwikkeling stimuleert. Je signaleert waar teams en collega’s kunnen groeien, vertaalt deze behoeften naar inspirerende leeroplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat kennis daadwerkelijk wordt toegepast in de praktijk. Jouw trainingen maken niet alleen impact op de individuele medewerker, maar dragen direct bij aan een betere klantbeleving en hogere kwaliteit binnen de afdeling Customer Services en Sales.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je hebt minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar relevante en aantoonbare ervaring in het trainen, coachen en begeleiden van medewerkers en weet hoe je mensen in beweging krijgt.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het ontwikkelen, organiseren en geven van trainingen die aansluiten bij de behoeften van verschillende doelgroepen.
  • Je bent bekend met moderne leer- en ontwikkelmethodieken en weet deze effectief toe te passen in de praktijk.
  • Je krijgt energie van het overbrengen van kennis en vaardigheden en vindt het leuk om collega's te begeleiden in hun professionele groei.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, enthousiast en weet anderen te inspireren en motiveren om het beste uit zichzelf te halen.
  • Je hebt oog voor ontwikkelmogelijkheden binnen teams en vertaalt deze naar praktische en impactvolle leeroplossingen.
