Dein Aufgabengebiet

* Auslegung und Dimensionierung komplexer Traktionssysteme (Hochspannungsausrüstung, Stromrichter, Motoren, Getriebe, Bremswiderstände, Transformatoren, Kühlsysteme, Hilfsbetriebeumrichter)

* Simulation, Bewertung und Optimierung elektrischer Antriebssysteme im Fahrzeugkontext

* Analyse von Kundenlastenheften sowie Ausarbeitung technischer Antworten und Lösungskonzepte

* Erstellung von Lieferantenspezifikationen gemäß technischen, qualitativen und regulatorischen Vorgaben

* Technische Abstimmung mit Kunden und Lieferanten inklusive Schnittstellenklärung und Anforderungsdefinition

* Repräsentation des Unternehmens in technischen Workshops und Fachgesprächen

* Unterstützung bei der Auswahl und Bewertung von Komponenten in Kooperation mit Einkauf und Qualität

* Dokumentation der Ergebnisse sowie Erstellung technischer Berichte und Präsentationen in Deutsch und Englisch

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Fahrzeugtechnik, Mechatronik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Traktionstechnik von Schienenfahrzeugen, idealerweise in den Bereichen Hochspannung, Stromrichter, Motor/Getriebe, Bremswiderstand, Transformator, Kühlsysteme oder Hilfsbetriebeumrichter

* Sicherer Umgang mit Simulationstools zur Auslegung elektrischer Antriebssysteme

* Erfahrung in der Interpretation von Lastenheften und Erstellung technischer Spezifikationen

* Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Auftreten in Deutsch und Englisch

* Kenntnisse im technischen Projektmanagement wünschenswert

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen

* Hohe Teamorientierung und Bereitschaft zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit

Für diese Position beträgt das Jahresbruttogehalt mindestens EUR 60.000 (auf Vollzeitbasis). Wir bieten eine marktkonforme Überzahlung abhängig von Ausbildung, beruflicher Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
