Wat breng je mee? Je bent een stevige projectmanager die structuur brengt, prioriteiten stelt en mensen meeneemt in verandering. Verder beschik je over: - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als projectmanager in complexe verander- of IT-projecten - Aantoonbare ervaring met data- en/of AI-gerelateerde projecten (bijvoorbeeld data platformen, data governance, analytics, AI of digitale procesverbetering) - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en natuurlijk leiderschap - Ervaring met stakeholdermanagement op verschillende niveaus - Een gestructureerde, resultaatgerichte manier van werken - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal Nice to have: - Ervaring binnen professionele dienstverlening (accountancy, audit, consultancy of advisory) - Kennis van verandermanagement (bijv. ADKAR of Kotter) - Ervaring met agile werken of multidisciplinaire squads - Projectmanagementcertificering (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) Een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) maakt onderdeel uit van de procedure.
