Voor een klant gelegen te Lanaken zijn wij op zoek naar een Transport Lead.

Wat doe jij?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een optimale planning van een 100-tal chauffeurs
  • Je werkt samen met 6 andere planners
  • Je werkt samen met 2 customerservice medewerkers
  • Je geeft op een coachende manier leiding
  • Je stimuleert onderlinge samenwerking binnen het team
  • Je werkt aan verdere competentieversterking
  • Je staat in voor een optimale organisatie van alle transportaanvragen
  • Je denkt mee met de klanten en zoekt naar oplossingen bij problemen
  • Op basis van data analyse optimaliseer je de werken in samenspraak met je collega's
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van voorop gestelde KPI's
  • Je bent in eerste lijn verantwoordelijk voor het fleer beheer
  • Je monitort de beschikbaarheid van de vloot
  • Je stuurt bij indien nodig
  • Je onderhandelt met nieuwe potentiële charters

  • Ervaring met container transportplanning is een must, ervaring met internationale containers transportplanning is een groot pluspunt
  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor of hebt een bachelor denkniveau
  • Kennis van het Nederlands en Engels is een must (FR / DUI is een pluspunt)
  • Je kan vlot werken met ERP systemen
