Die SENN Gruppe ist der One Stop Shop für qualitativ hochwertige Produkte und Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen Logistik, Feuerfest, Dichtungen, Gießereibedarf, Förderketten, Kompensatoren, Gleitlager, Schmierstoffe und Metallteile.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams bei der SENN Logistik GmbH am Standort Erl suchen wir zum ehestmöglichen Eintritt eine/n Transport Manager / Disponent Skandinavien (m/w/d). In dieser Position übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Transporte nach Dänemark, Schweden, Norwegen und Finnland. Du koordinierst internationale Verkehre, baust nachhaltige Partnerschaften auf und sorgst für wirtschaftliche sowie zuverlässige Transportlösungen im skandinavischen Raum.

Eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich.

Deine Aufgaben

* Eigenverantwortliche Disposition und Steuerung der Transporte nach Dänemark, Schweden, Norwegen und Finnland.

* Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung eines zuverlässigen Frachtführer- und Partnernetzwerks in Skandinavien.

* Eigenständige Preiskalkulation sowie Erstellung von Angeboten für Transporte in den skandinavischen Raum.

* Verhandlung von Konditionen mit Reedereien, Fährbetreibern und Subunternehmern.

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung zoll- und transportrechtlicher Vorgaben, insbesondere im Verkehr mit Nicht-EU-Ländern wie Norwegen.

* Planung und Überwachung von Laufzeiten, Auslastung und Transportkosten.

* Laufende Betreuung bestehender Kunden sowie Gewinnung neuer Geschäftspartner.

* Beobachtung des Marktes und Entwicklung neuer Transportlösungen für den skandinavischen Raum.

Dein Profil

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Spedition, Disposition oder im Transportmanagement, idealerweise im internationalen Fernverkehr.

* Kenntnisse der skandinavischen Verkehre oder die Bereitschaft, sich rasch in dieses Fachgebiet einzuarbeiten.

* Organisationstalent, unternehmerisches Denken und ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick.

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit Transportmanagement-Software.

* Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist.

* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; skandinavische Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
