Je werkt in een dynamische kantoorfunctie waarin je veel schakelt met vervoerders, koeriersdiensten en collega's in het warehouse. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene keer ben je bezig met planning, de andere keer met registratie, rapportage of goederencontrole. Daarbij houd je het overzicht, ook als de werkdag complex en hectisch is. Nauwkeurig werken en snel kunnen schakelen zijn hierin onmisbaar. Als Transport & Warehouse coördinator ben je dagelijks bezig met de goederenstroom van klanten en zorg je dat alles volgens afspraak verloopt. Je werkt in een kantoorfunctie waarin je veel contact hebt met vervoerders, koeriersdiensten en collega's van het warehouse. Daarbij houd je overzicht op de planning, de administratieve afhandeling en de kwaliteit van de processen. Omdat er geen vaste lanes zijn, vraagt het werk om flexibiliteit en snel schakelen. Je hebt een belangrijke rol in het bewaken van afspraken en het ondersteunen van een efficiënte logistieke operatie. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Intensief contact onderhouden met klanten, vervoerders en koeriersdiensten. - Verzorgen van correspondentie en telefonische afhandeling. - Uitvoeren van werkzaamheden op het gebied van order-, transport- en warehousemanagement. - Opstellen van rapportages en op basis van analyses bijsturen van werkzaamheden en processen. - Plaatsen van goederen in het centrale vervoerderssysteem Timocon. - Registreren van informatie op een efficiënte en correcte manier. - Communiceren van heldere en volledige planning rondom warehouse-activiteiten. - Aanleveren van gegevens voor de warehou...
