In deze rol ben jij dé schakel tussen chauffeurs, klanten en het magazijn. Jij houdt het hoofd koel wanneer anderen stress voelen opkomen, en je schakelt moeiteloos bij wanneer de planning verandert. Van organisatie tot communicatie: jij laat alles vlot verlopen, op én naast de weg.

Elke dag opnieuw zorg jij ervoor dat de juiste vrachtwagens op het juiste moment op de juiste plaats zijn. Je maakt niet alleen de planning op, maar volgt deze ook op van A tot Z. Daarbij ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor zowel chauffeurs als klanten.

Concreet betekent dit:

  • Dagelijks opstellen van de transportplanning voor zo’n 12 tot 15 chauffeurs
  • Contact houden met klanten, chauffeurs en het magazijn voor een vlotte samenwerking
  • Begeleiden van chauffeurs en oplossen van onverwachte situaties
  • Administratieve voorbereiding en opvolging van dossiers
  • Meedenken met klanten om oplossingen op maat te bieden
  • Ruimte om te groeien en ondersteuning van ervaren collega’s
  • Bij voorkeur beschik je over een bachelordiploma in logistiek of heb je aantoonbare ervaring in transportplanning.
  • Programma’s zoals Transics en TAS? Daar werk je vlot mee, of je leert ze snel aan
  • Je houdt van structuur, schakelt snel én blijft kalm in dynamische situaties
  • Communicatie is jouw sterke troef, zowel met chauffeurs als met klanten
  • Nederlands en Frans heb je volledig onder de knie.
  • Als teamplayer maak je samen met je collega’s het verschil.
