Onze klant is een toonaangevende speler in de Benelux op het gebied van logistieke diensten, met een focus op warehousing en expeditie. Met ongeveer 200 medewerkers bieden zij wereldwijd logistieke oplossingen, waaronder wegtransport, zeevracht, luchtvracht en supply chain management.

Jobomschrijving

Als transportplanner ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:

  • Je plant dagelijks exportzendingen en deelpartijen naar Ierland;
  • Je organiseert afhalingen en leveringen en stemt deze af met de dienst camionnage;
  • Je bewaakt de planning en volgt transporten op van afhaling tot levering;
  • Je zorgt voor tijdige afhalingen en een correcte aansluiting op de ferry;
  • Bij wijzigingen informeer je klanten proactief en stuur je de planning bij;
  • Je verzorgt containerboekingen, laadlijsten en de nodige informatie voor de betrokken diensten;
  • Je coördineert de douaneformaliteiten voor de ferrytransporten.

Ben jij de transportplanner naar waar wij op zoek gaan?

  • Je hebt ervaring als transportplanner - bij voorkeur internationaal en groupage;
  • Je bent proactief en resultaatgericht;
  • Communiceren doe je vlot in het Nederlands - in het Engels en Frans moet je je kunnen behelpen;
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan snel schakelen bij onverwachte situaties;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor administratieve opvolgingen en commerciële afspraken met de klanten;
  • Kennis van douaneformaliteiten is een pluspunt;
  • Je werkt graag in team - je komt terecht in een team van 4 transportplanners - maar kan ook zelfstandig werken.
