Voor een internationale logistieke dienstverlener in Schiedam zijn wij op zoek naar een Transportplanner die het verschil maakt in de dagelijkse goederenstroom. Ons aanbod - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.600 en € 4.600 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring; - 28 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld; - Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer; - Een inwerktraject met persoonlijke begeleiding en doorgroei naar een senior plannersfunctie; - Ruimte voor eigen initiatief: jij denkt mee over procesverbeteringen in de transportplanning; - Werken met moderne technologie en geavanceerde planningssystemen in een internationale omgeving. Wat ga je doen als Transportplanner - Opstellen en optimaliseren van de dagelijkse transportplanning voor gekoelde en diepgevroren zendingen; - Aansturen van chauffeurs en externe vervoerders tijdens de uitvoering van ritten; - Bewaken van de voortgang van transporten en signaleren van afwijkingen in de routeplanning; - Contact onderhouden met klanten, chauffeurs en vervoerders over lopende opdrachten; - Verwerken van transportopdrachten en verzenddocumentatie in het systeem. Wat zijn je kwaliteiten als Transportplanner - Mbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting logistiek of transport; - Stressbestendig, proactief en leergierig ingesteld; - Minimaal één jaar ervaring als Transportplanner of een soortgelijke functie; - Ervaring met planningssystemen is een pre, geen harde eis; - Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
