Takenpakket:

  • Je maakt mee de dagplanning op en wijst ritten toe aan eigen en externe chauffeurs, onder begeleiding van een senior planner.
  • Routinematige ritten plan je al snel zelfstandig in; voor complexere combinaties kan je terugvallen op je collega’s.
  • Je geeft ritopdrachten door aan chauffeurs en volgt de uitvoering en tijdige levering op.
  • Je controleert en beheert de transport- en douanedocumenten (CMR, ADR-vervoersdocument, cleaningcertificaten).
  • Je voert orders, ritten en statussen correct in in ons transportmanagementsysteem.
  • Je bent een eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs bij dagelijkse vragen en onderhoudt het klantcontact over planning en levertijden.
  • Je hebt een bachelor of graduaat (logistiek, transport) en een eerste ervaring als transportplanner is een vereiste.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, ordelijk en houdt het hoofd koel bij drukte.
  • Je bent leergierig, flexibel en een echte teamplayer.
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en Engels en Frans.
  • Kennis van ADR of de chemische sector is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must — dat leer je bij ons.
  • Je bent vlot met MS Office en hebt affiniteit met planningssoftware.
