The posting

Onze klant is een familiale KMO met ruim 100 jaar ervaring in transport en logistiek, waar persoonlijk contact en service centraal staan. Het bedrijf combineert traditioneel wegtransport met gespecialiseerde activiteiten, waaronder het vervoer van gevaarlijke goederen (ADR) en het beheer van een groot magazijn.

Het team bestaat uit ongeveer 65 medewerkers, ondersteund door een moderne vloot van meer dan 60 voertuigen, 125 opleggers. Zo kan het bedrijf een betrouwbare, flexibele en klantgerichte dienstverlening garanderen.

Door de focus op transport, warehouse en logistiek, in combinatie met een hands-on en persoonlijke aanpak, biedt deze organisatie een stabiele en dynamische werkomgeving waar medewerkers écht centraal staan.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je plant dagelijks de ritten van 12 tot 15 chauffeurs en houdt daarbij rekening met klantafspraken en de werking van het magazijn
  • Van order tot aflevering volg je de transporten op, ook de nodige administratie, ETA’s en leveringsbevestigingen
  • Chauffeurs en klanten weten jou te vinden, verandert er iets onderweg, dan zoek je snel een werkbare oplossing en communiceer je die duidelijk
  • Je stemt dagelijks af met je collega’s en denkt met klanten mee over de uitvoering van hun transportopdrachten
  • Je kijkt waar de planning slimmer kan en signaleert knelpunten in routes of de bundeling van orders
  • Een bachelor Logistiek of relevante ervaring in transportplanning vormt je basis
  • Een planning die onverwacht verandert? Jij schakelt snel, bewaart het overzicht en blijft nauwkeurig werken. Ervaring met Transics of TAS is mooi meegenomen
  • In het Nederlands en Frans communiceer je vlot met chauffeurs, klanten en collega’s. Samenwerken gaat je vanzelf af
