FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Functie omschrijving:

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van transportplanningen via ons TMS-systeem
  • Bijsturen van planningen bij onverwachte wijzigingen of vertragingen.
  • Aansturen, ondersteunen en opvolgen van chauffeurs, inclusief prestatiegericht werken en motiveren op maat.
  • Communicatie met chauffeurs, opdrachtgevers en collega’s van verschillende afdelingen.
  • Order entry, slotboekingen via klantenportalen, klantencontact en interne afstemming.
  • Zorg dragen voor administratieve afhandeling van o.a. CMR-documenten, boorddocumenten en naleving van wetgevingen zoals rij- en rusttijden.

PROFIEL

  • Je beschikt over bachelor denkniveau – een diploma binnen logistiek is mooi meegenomen, maar je aanpak en inzicht is van groter belang.
  • Grondige ervaring in Transportplanning of Dispatching binnen de Transportsector.
  • Je hebt grip op wet- en regelgeving in de transportsector.
  • Je hebt een grondige geografische kennis van vooral Benelux, Frankrijk en Duitsland.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Je hebt ervaring met planningssystemen en digitale tools.
  • Je bent assertief, klantgericht en empathisch, met het vermogen om om te gaan met verschillende culturen en persoonlijkheden.
  • Je denkt in oplossingen, kan goed schakelen en houdt het hoofd koel in stressvolle situaties.
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht en bent sterk in analyse en optimalisatie van processen.
