Introductie

Voor een toonaangevende organisatie binnen de logistieke sector zoeken wij een Transportplanner Containers. In deze functie sta je in voor de planning, coördinatie en opvolging van containertransporten. Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met chauffeurs, klanten en interne afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat alle transportopdrachten efficiënt en tijdig worden uitgevoerd.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt minstens een eerste ervaring in transportplanning
  • Je bent stressbestendig en werkt gestructureerd
  • Je hebt een goede geografische kennis en organisatorisch inzicht
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis Frans/Engels
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief
  • Je kan goed overweg met IT-systemen en MS Office

  • Je organiseert en coördineert dagelijkse containertransporten van A tot Z.
  • Je volgt chauffeurs op en ondersteunt hen waar nodig om transporten vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Je bouwt een sterke relatie op met klanten en partners en zorgt voor een uitstekende service.
  • Je reageert proactief op wijzigingen en lost operationele uitdagingen efficiënt op.
  • Je beheert transportdocumentatie en dossiers nauwkeurig en correct.
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen in routes en planningen om de operationele werking verder te optimaliseren.
  • Je maakt gebruik van moderne plannings- en logistieke systemen om overzicht te bewaren.
