Jij zorgt dat alles klopt — elke dag opnieuw. In deze rol combineer je overzicht, organisatie en slimme afstemming. Je zorgt dat vrachten goed worden aangemeld, routelijsten kloppen en alles administratief netjes geregeld is. Tegelijkertijd ben je het aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en transportpartners en schakel je continu met de expeditie. Je zorgt dat het op de werkvloer én aan de docks soepel verloopt, zodat iedereen door kan en processen efficiënt blijven draaien.

Wat deze functie extra interessant maakt? Je werkt niet in een standaard transportomgeving, maar bij Em. de Jong: een gevestigde naam in de grafische industrie, met eigen producten, grote volumes en een verrassend veelzijdige logistieke operatie. Dat zorgt voor dynamiek, afwisseling en inhoudelijke uitdaging.

Begeleidt chauffeurs en houdt overzicht

Je ontvangt chauffeurs (onze 2 vaste collega’s en externe transporteurs) en zorgt dat ze goed voorbereid vertrekken.

Je begeleidt afhalers en schakelt snel bij ad-hoc situaties.

Regelt zendingen soepel en efficiënt

Je zorgt dat zendingen op tijd klaarstaan en bewaakt de administratieve afhandeling.

Je ondersteunt bij internationale transporten en documentatie.

Werkt samen en optimaliseert

Je stemt dagelijks af met collega’s en partners en houdt de dockplanning strak.

Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen.

Houdt grip op de cijfers

Je controleert transportdocumenten en facturen.

Je maakt nacalculaties en zorgt voor helder inzicht met data.

Wat breng je mee?

Minimaal MBO niveau 4 in de richting Logistiek

Stressbestendigheid en het vermogen om gestructureerd te werken

Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden

Ervaring met Smarttour (PTV Logistics) is een plus

Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal

Kennis van Frans is een pré of de bereidheid dit te leren
