Voor een wereldwijd actieve marktleider in regio Kortrijk zoeken we een Transportplanner. De organisatie produceert en levert modulaire bouwsystemen voor professionele toepassingen binnen de beurs- en eventsector. Vanuit België worden klanten en projecten over de hele wereld ondersteund.

Als Transportplanner krijg je een sleutelpositie binnen de internationale logistieke werking. Import, export en wereldwijde verzendingen komen samen op jouw bureau. Je werkt in een groeiende organisatie waar initiatief, klantgerichtheid en verdere ontwikkeling volop ruimte krijgen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Transportplanner coördineer je internationale import- en exportopdrachten van aanvraag tot aflevering en verzorg je de volledige logistieke administratie
  • Wereldwijde prijsaanvragen, bestellingen en transportplanningen beheer je zelfstandig, waarbij je per regio en type zending de geschikte transporteur of forwarder inschakelt
  • Bij wijzigingen in de planning stuur je transporten gericht bij, zodat klanten kunnen rekenen op een correcte service en afgesproken deadlines gerespecteerd blijven
  • Transport- en vrachtdossiers stel je nauwkeurig op, terwijl je alle vereiste documenten tijdig voorziet en binnenkomende facturen controleert
  • Dagelijks overleg met transporteurs gaat hand in hand met het verbeteren van de logistieke werking en het bijhouden van regionale regelgeving rond import en export
  • Minimaal een relevant bachelordiploma vormt de opleidingsbasis voor deze functie
  • Relevante ervaring binnen transportplanning is vereist om internationale logistieke opdrachten zelfstandig op te volgen
  • Grondige kennis van transportadministratie, import en export helpt je om dossiers nauwkeurig te beheren en deadlines correct op te volgen
  • Een vlotte beheersing van Nederlands en Engels combineer je met analytisch inzicht, nauwkeurigheid, onderhandelingsvaardigheden en het vermogen om onder tijdsdruk overzicht te bewaren
