Je komt terecht bij een internationale transport- en logistieke speler met meerdere vestigingen. Vanuit verschillende locaties in Europa worden diverse transportstromen georganiseerd, waaronder geconditioneerd vervoer, bulktransport en het vervoer van vloeibare voedingsproducten. Ondanks de internationale schaal blijft de organisatie sterk inzetten op korte communicatielijnen, een persoonlijke aanpak en snelle besluitvorming.

Als Transportplanner vorm je samen met de hoofdplanner het kloppende hart van de dagelijkse transportorganisatie. Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket waarin je chauffeurs aanstuurt, transportopdrachten opvolgt en voortdurend anticipeert op wijzigingen, met één doel voor ogen: de planning zo efficiënt en vlot mogelijk laten verlopen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Een vlotte en efficiënte dagelijkse planning van de chauffeurs vormt de basis van je rol, waarbij je zorgt dat alles op het juiste moment en volgens de planning verloopt
  • Transportopdrachten volg je nauwgezet op, waarbij je snel bijstuurt wanneer omstandigheden wijzigen en zo de planning optimaal houdt
  • Via het ERP-systeem coördineer je laad-, los- en spoelprocedures en zorg je ervoor dat deze activiteiten goed op elkaar zijn afgestemd
  • Onderhoud en herstellingen worden door jou afgestemd met interne techniekers en externe partners, terwijl je tegelijk het aanspreekpunt blijft voor chauffeurs, collega’s en andere betrokken partijen
  • Door actief te schakelen en vooruit te denken speel je in op onverwachte wijzigingen, ondersteun je de hoofdplanner en groei je stap voor stap verder in je rol als Transportplanner
  • Je hebt een bachelor diploma op zak
  • Ervaring in transportplanning is een pluspunt, maar als schoolverlater ben je even welkom!
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands, Frans en Engels omwille van de internationale context
