Als treinbegeleider bezorg je met de glimlach elke dag duizenden mensen een fijne en veilige reis. En dat past volledig in de filosofie van NMBS. Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS?

Een treinbegeleider bij NMBS is zoveel meer dan een ‘kaartjesknipper’.

  • Je informeert reizigers en beantwoordt vragen met de glimlach.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat in- en uitstappen vlot en veilig verloopt.
  • Je waakt erover dat alle reizigers zich op hun gemak voelen.
  • Je reageert snel en juist op elke situatie. Ook op het perron.
  • Je kan daarbij rekenen op de hulp van je Securail collega’s.
