Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar je beslissingen neemt die directe impact hebben op de zorgverlening. Met jouw medische achtergrond en vermogen om kalm te blijven onder druk, ben je verantwoordelijk voor het inschatten van urgenties en het coördineren van passende hulp. Je combineert jouw communicatieve vaardigheden met een scherp beoordelingsvermogen om patiënten de juiste zorg te bieden. Wat je gaat doen: - Luisteren: aandachtig luisteren naar patiënten en hun situatie zorgvuldig in kaart brengen. - Beoordelen: de urgentie van medische hulp inschatten op basis van triageprotocollen. - Communiceren: helder en professioneel communiceren met patiënten, huisartsen en andere zorgverleners. - Schakelen: snel en efficiënt schakelen tussen verschillende oproepen en situaties. - Ondersteunen: bijdragen aan een soepel verloop van de spoedzorg door samen te werken met je team.
