Als Tufter / Bobijnopzetter speel je een belangrijke rol binnen het productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat de machines correct worden voorbereid en bevoorraad zodat het productieproces vlot en efficiënt kan verlopen.

Dankzij jouw ervaring binnen textiel begrijp je het belang van kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en een correct machineverloop. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit productie en grijpt tijdig in wanneer afwijkingen worden vastgesteld.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Opzetten en vervangen van bobijnen aan de productie-installaties.
  • Bevoorraden en voorbereiden van tuftmachines.
  • Controleren van garens, materialen en producten tijdens het productieproces.
  • Instellen en opvolgen van de machines volgens productieorders.
  • Detecteren en signaleren van fouten, storingen of afwijkingen.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op afgewerkte producten.
  • Meewerken aan een vlotte productiedoorstroming.
  • Zorg dragen voor orde, netheid en veiligheid binnen de productieomgeving.
  • Nauw samenwerken met operatoren, techniekers en ploegverantwoordelijken.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen de textielsector.
  • Ervaring als tufter, bobijnopzetter, operator textiel of een gelijkaardige functie is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Kwaliteit en detail zijn voor jou belangrijk.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je bent flexibel en werkt graag in een productieomgeving.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
