Jij hebt de drive en de verantwoordelijkheidszin om in te staan voor een feilloos en accuraat afhandelen van jouw takenpakket. Jij staat in voor het verzorgen van het gewas in de serre, volgens de vooropgestelde procedures en kwaliteitsvereisten.

Jouw leidinggevende leert jou de job aan en begeleidt jou tijdens jouw arbeiderscarrière op Tomato Masters.

Je krijgt een sectie in de serre van bijvoorbeeld 30 of 40 rijen. Deze rijen dien je elke week afgewerkt te hebben. Je kan volgende handelingen moeten uitvoeren:

  • bladsnijden
  • vruchten oogsten
  • indraaien
  • zakken
  • snoeien
  • schrepen
  • beugelen
  • trossteelknippen
  • toppen
  • …

Eenmaal per jaar voeren we een teeltwissel uit, dan help jij mee om alles zo vlot, proper en goed mogelijk te laten verlopen.

Je kan doorgroeien naar een ondersteunende functie zoals teamleader
