The posting

We zijn op zoek naar een dynamische tuinbouwmedewerker die op zelfstandige basis kan werken en de opgelegde taken kan vervullen. We zijn een jong tuinbouwbedrijf en hebben 45 ha aan appel- en peren plantages in cultuur en ook nog 2 ha aarbeien in grondcultuur. Als medewerker heb je verstand van het snoeien van de bomen. Bij sollicitatie zal er een snoeiproef zijn. Ook moet je over een rijbewijs beschikken om met de tractor te kunnen rijden en moet je vlot met een aanhangwagen kunnen manoeuvreren. Het is hoofdzakelijk buitenwerk wat je verricht en dit winter en zomer. Dus zowel regen als zonneschijn schrikken je niet af. Tijdens het oogstseizoen ben je ook vroeg uit de veren vermits we doen vroeg beginnen te oogsten. We wijzen er ook expliciet op dat de aarbeiden grondcultuur zijn; dus deze moeten gebukt/op de knieën geplukt worden.
