Ben jij een tweetalige klantenadviseur Nederlands-Frans en zoek je een afwisselende job binnen de klantenservice van een toonaangevend waterbedrijf? Dan is deze vacature in Mechelen iets voor jou.

Wat ga je doen?

Vanuit het kantoor in Mechelen ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je helpt hen professioneel en klantgericht verder via telefoon, e-mail en binnenkort ook chat.

  • Je helpt klanten verder met vragen over facturen, jaarlijkse indexeringen, verhuizingen, watermeters, lekken en algemene klantvragen.
  • Je behandelt inkomende klantvragen op een efficiënte manier.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van dossiers en tickets.
  • Je bewaakt een vlotte dienstverlening en draagt bij aan een korte wachttijd voor klanten.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's om elke klant een correcte en klantgerichte service te bieden

Wie ben jij?

  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je leert snel nieuwe systemen aan. Ervaring met SAP of andere CRM- en ERP-systemen is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt commerciële affiniteit en kan producten of diensten op een natuurlijke manier voorstellen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, klantgericht en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je kan goed omgaan met prioriteiten, deadlines en een dynamische werkomgeving.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en blijft stressbestendig.
  • Je bent een enthousiaste teamspeler met een positieve ingesteldheid.
