Tyneso is een groeiende en vooruitstrevende Managed Service Provider (MSP). Wij creëren en beheren veilige, moderne en productieve IT-omgevingen (Engaging Workplaces) voor KMO's en mid-market organisaties van 50 tot 500+ medewerkers. Als ISO 27001- en NIS2-gecertificeerde partner staan veiligheid, continuïteit en Europese data-soevereiniteit centraal in onze dienstverlening.

Bij Tyneso spelen we kort op de bal. Je komt terecht in een hecht, deskundig team met een vlakke structuur, informele sfeer en veel ruimte voor autonomie, initiatief en persoonlijk ondernemerschap.

Jouw rol

In deze combinatierol ben jij de spil tussen onze klanten en ons technisch team. Je verdeelt je aandacht over twee complementaire domeinen:

  1. Service Delivery Management: Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, continuïteit en klanttevredenheid van onze managed services.
  2. Project Management: Je leidt IT-projecten (zoals cloud-transities, workplace modernisaties en security-trajecten) van kick-off tot oplevering.

Belangrijk: Je hoeft geen technische configuraties of implementaties zelf uit te voeren. Onze ervaren system engineers en cloud architecten staan in voor de technische realisatie. Jouw kracht ligt in coördinatie, scopebewaking, communicatie en service excellence.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Service Delivery Manager:

  • Klantrelaties & Tevredenheid: Je bent het tactische en operationele aanspreekpunt voor onze managed services klanten. Je bouwt aan een langetermijnrelatie gebaseerd op vertrouwen en proactief advies.
  • SLA & Kwaliteitsbewaking: Je monitort de service KPI's en SLA-afspraken, signaleert knelpunten en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Service Reviews: Je bereidt periodieke rapporteringen voor en leidt de reviewmeetings met klanten om de prestaties, trends en toekomstige behoeften te bespreken.
  • Incident- & Escalatiebeheer: Bij complexe incidenten bewaar jij de rust, zorg je voor duidelijke klantcommunicatie en stem je intern af met het support- en engineeringteam.
  • Continue Verbetering: Je optimaliseert interne processen (gebaseerd op best practices zoals ITIL) om onze dienstverlening continu te versterken.

Als Project Manager:

  • Projectregie van A tot Z: Je staat in voor de voorbereiding, scoping, planning, opvolging en overdracht van uiteenlopende IT-projecten.
  • Resource- en Capaciteitsplanning: Je verdeelt taken binnen het projectteam, volgt deadlines op en bewaakt budgetten en projectmarges.
  • Stakeholdermanagement: Je houdt klanten, leveranciers en het interne team nauwgezet op de hoogte van milestones, risico's en voortgang.
  • Documentatie & Borging: Je zorgt voor een heldere projectdocumentatie en een naadloze overdracht van afgeronde projecten naar het operationele serviceteam.

  • Ervaring: Je hebt minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring als Service Delivery Manager, IT Project Manager of in een vergelijkbare operationele rol binnen een IT-dienstverlener / MSP.
  • Conceptueel IT-inzicht: Je hoeft niet zelf te coderen of servers in te richten, maar je begrijpt de concepten van moderne werkplekken, Microsoft 365, Azure, cloudinfrastructuur, networking en cybersecurity. Hierdoor kun je inhoudelijk meedenken met klanten en vlot sparren met je technische collega's.
  • Organisatorisch talent: Je hebt een helicopterview, stelt vlot prioriteiten en raakt niet overweldigd wanneer meerdere projecten en operationele vragen tegelijk lopen.
  • Communicator & Bruggenbouwer: Je communiceert helder, diplomatisch en empathisch. Je kunt verwachtingen managen en commerciële/operationele kansen spotten.
  • Kwaliteitsgericht: Je hebt affiniteit met gestructureerd werken (ITIL, Agile/Prince2) en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Talen & Mobiliteit: Je beheerst het Nederlands en het Engels uitstekend (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk). Frans is een gewaardeerde troef. Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
