In deze functie ben jij de spil op de bouwplaats en zorg je ervoor dat werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Je werkt samen met een betrokken projectteam en krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid, uitstekende ontwikkelmogelijkheden en aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden. Daarbij werk je aan grote diverse projecten binnen zowel nieuwbouw als renovatie, met een projectomvang tot € 5 miljoen. Als Uitvoerder ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: - Aansturen en begeleiden van medewerkers, onderaannemers en leveranciers op de bouwplaats; - Coördineren van dagelijkse werkzaamheden en bewaken van de voortgang; - Controleren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden aan de hand van tekeningen en voorschriften; - Signaleren van afwijkingen, risico's en knelpunten en hier adequaat op inspelen; - Bewaken van planning, budget en productiviteit gedurende het project. Wie we zoeken Voor deze functie zoeken wij een daadkrachtige professional die overzicht bewaart, snel schakelt en mensen weet te motiveren. Je bent communicatief sterk en voelt je thuis in een dynamische bouwomgeving. Je beschikt bij voorkeur over: - Een MBO+ of HBO - opleiding, bij voorkeur richting Bouwkunde; - Enige ervaring als Uitvoerder, Bouwplaatsmanager, Hoofduitvoerder, Assistent-uitvoerder of Voorman; - Sterke organisatorische en leidinggevende vaardigheden; - VCA-VOL certificaat of je bent bereid deze te halen; - Je hebt Rijbewijs B.
