Jij maakt het. Vacature Uitvoerder Afbouw - regio Randstad bij Verwol Opmeer, Delft Fulltime € 3.400 - € 5.000 Op jouw projecten draait het om één ding: het moet gewoon goed gebeuren. Als uitvoerder bij Verwol stuur jij monteurs en onderaannemers aan, bewaak je planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid, en los je problemen op voordat ze uit de hand lopen. Zo zorg jij dat elk project volgens afspraak wordt opgeleverd. Over de functie Als Uitvoerder ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse coördinatie op de bouwplaats. Je bewaakt de planning, stuurt het team aan en zorgt dat materialen en werkzaamheden op elkaar zijn afgestemd. Van de eerste voorbereidingen tot de oplevering, jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat elk project volgens afspraak wordt uitgevoerd. Binnen Verwol ben jij degene die projecten écht laat slagen. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders en ons team van vakmensen. Dankzij jouw organisatievermogen en praktijkervaring komt elk project volgens plan tot leven en wordt het perfect opgeleverd. Je bent vier dagen op locatie aanwezig en één dag op kantoor in Delft of Opmeer. Onze kantoren zijn goed bereikbaar en onze projecten zijn stuk voor stuk bijzonder. We combineren een professionele aanpak met een persoonlijke sfeer: korte lijnen, een betrokken team en regelmatig gezellige uitjes en borrels. Met onze eigen fabriek hebben we alles in huis om topkwaliteit te leveren en projecten te realiseren waar we samen trots op kunnen zijn.
