Men is voortdurend bezig om de kwaliteit naar hun klanten te verbeteren. Men realiseert woningen, bedrijfspanden, scholen, commerciële ruimtes, projecten in de gezondheidszorg, etc. Naast projecten uit de aanbestedingssfeer, worden er ook projecten gerealiseerd uit bouwteams en eigen ontwikkeling. Functie inhoud Als uitvoerder houd je toezicht op en controleer je de uitvoering op de bouwplaats. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor bewaking van kwaliteit, veiligheid, kosten en voortgang en voor de organisatie van de bouwactiviteiten. Ook signaleer je meer- en minderwerk. Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor uitvoeringsvoorbereiding en verantwoordelijk voor uitvoering, nazorg en personeelsinzet. Je roept het materiaal en materieel af en koopt in overleg met de projectleider eventueel zelf in. Je verzorgt zelf de detail planningen en houdt je ook bezig met de kostenbewaking.
