Als uitvoerder ben jij degene die het werk op de bouwplaats laat draaien. Jij stuurt het uitvoeringsteam aan, houdt overzicht en zorgt dat projecten in de wegenbouw veilig, volgens planning en met de juiste kwaliteit worden uitgevoerd. Je werkt aan regionale infraprojecten, waardoor je dicht bij huis actief bent en echt betrokken blijft bij je werk en je omgeving. Je combineert werken buiten met overleg en voorbereiding. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene dag sta je midden in het project, de andere dag stem je zaken af met collega's, onderaannemers of opdrachtgevers. Organisatie Je werkt aan veelzijdige weg- en infraprojecten in Zuidoost-Brabant en Limburg. De focus ligt op veilig werken, samenwerking en kwaliteit. De lijnen zijn kort en je hebt veel invloed op hoe het werk wordt uitgevoerd. Functie In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse uitvoering van infraprojecten. Jij bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Aansturen van uitvoerend personeel, onderaannemers en partners - Meedenken in de voorbereiding en het verbeteren van werkmethoden - Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving en naleving van afspraken - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en kosten - Tijdig bijsturen bij afwijkingen - Regelen van materieel, materiaal en middelen op de bouwplaats - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers, omwonenden en andere betrokkenen Functie-eisen Je bent een echte regelaar die verantwoordelijkheid neemt.
