Functieomschrijving De energietransitie is onmogelijk zonder jou als uitvoerder elektrotechniek Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle technische werkzaamheden aan onze elektriciteitsnetten goed geregeld zijn. Dat er in de voorbereiding én de uitvoering gewerkt wordt volgens de gestelde veiligheidsvoorschriften. Je toont leiderschap, geeft het goede voorbeeld en zorgt dat er 1 duidelijke werkwijze is. Zo werk je aan een positieve veiligheidscultuur. Waarin je de veiligheid van je collega's een hoge prioriteit geeft en deze steeds verbetert. Het energienet van de toekomst maken we voor iedereen, mét iedereen. En als uitvoerder elektra werk jij hieraan mee. Zo ben jij bezig met het: - beoordelen, bewaken en de verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor de veiligheid en kwaliteit van onze werkzaamheden. - bepalen van de juiste inhoud van werkplannen en schakelplannen. - bespreken van de opdracht met uitvoerenden. Zodat zij weten wat het werk inhoudt en welke veiligheidsmaatregelen nodig zijn. - uitvoeren van werkplekbezoeken om te controleren op risico's, maatregelen en de opvolging van veiligheidsinstructies. - voorstellen van procedures voor veiligere werksituaties en ingrijpen bij onveilige situaties. Jij maakt het net completer bij Alliander Wist je dat we bij Alliander uit verschillende bedrijven bestaan? Samen met Liander, Qirion, Qterra, Dep, Firan en Entrnce ontwikkelen én beheren we het energienet voor miljoenen inwoners van Nederland. En met de huidige energietransitie is dat hard werken. Dat doen we met de hulp van een grote club vakmensen. Dankzij deze talenten hebben wij het volste vertrouwen in de energietoekomst van Nederland. Samen met jou maken wij dat mogelijk. En jij gaat dat doen bij ons bedrijfsonderdeel Liander. Hier ben jij medeverantwoordelijk voor het beheer en onderhoud van energienetten zoals elektriciteit en gas.
