Als Uitvoerder Groen & Buitenruimte ben jij degene die ervoor zorgt dat projecten buiten goed georganiseerd zijn. Je stuurt medewerkers aan, bewaakt planningen en zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens afspraak worden uitgevoerd. Daarbij werk je aan een breed scala aan projecten. Van de aanleg van nieuwe groenvoorzieningen tot renovaties van bestaande buitenruimtes en onderhoudswerkzaamheden voor gemeenten, bedrijven en andere opdrachtgevers. Wat deze functie zo leuk maakt, is dat je niet de hele dag op kantoor zit. Je bent regelmatig op projectlocaties aanwezig, hebt veel contact met jouw teams en ziet direct resultaat van het werk dat samen wordt gerealiseerd. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid, maar ook veel vrijheid om jouw projecten op jouw manier te organiseren. Met een salaris tussen €3.500 en €5.250 bruto per maand, een auto van de zaak en uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de cao Groen, Grond & Infrastructuur krijg je een functie waarin je kunt bouwen aan mooie projecten én aan jouw eigen ontwikkeling. Als Uitvoerder Groen & Buitenruimte ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van verschillende groenprojecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden volgens planning verlopen en dat collega's over de juiste middelen beschikken. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het dagelijks aansturen van uitvoerende ploegen binnen aanleg-, renovatie- en onderhoudsprojecten. - Het bewaken van de planning en afstemmen van werkzaamheden met projectteams en planners. - Het controleren van kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang op de projectlocaties. - Het onderhouden van contacten met opdrachtgevers, toezichthouders, leveranciers en onderaannemers. - Het registreren van uren, materialen en meer- en minderwerk. - Het signaleren van knelpunten binnen projecten en het aandragen van oplossingen. - Het ...
