Jouw rol Als uitvoerder ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de daadwerkelijke uitvoering van projecten in de buitenruimte. Je bent dagelijks aanwezig op locatie, stuurt teams aan, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat alles veilig en efficiënt verloopt. Je zet de planning om in concrete acties en zorgt dat iedereen precies weet wat er moet gebeuren, met oog voor deadlines, kwaliteit en budgetten. Wat ga je doen? - Aansturen van vakbekwame medewerkers en coördineren van onderaannemers - Organiseren en afstemmen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats - Monitoren van de voortgang en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig - Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving en naleving van veiligheidsregels - Overleggen met projectleiding, opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken partijen - Signaleren van afwijkingen en bedenken van passende oplossingen - Registreren van projectgegevens en rapporteren over de voortgang Waar ga je aan werken? Je bent betrokken bij uiteenlopende projecten, zoals de aanleg van wegen, rioleringssystemen en andere infrastructurele werken. Elk project brengt nieuwe uitdagingen en zorgt voor afwisseling in je werkzaamheden. Je hebt een centrale positie binnen het projectteam en schakelt continu tussen verschillende partijen. Dankzij jouw inzet verlopen projecten gestructureerd en volgens planning, terwijl je flexibel inspeelt op onverwachte situaties.
